The McClatchey lab is seeking postdoctoral research fellows who are enthusiastic, motivated, and like to think outside the box to join their NF2/schwannomatosis team. In collaboration with the Giovannini (UCLA) and Stott (MGH) labs we are deploying quantitative multiplexed imaging, 2D and 3D models, mechanistic and translational studies to build atlases of schwannoma and meningioma development in mouse models and human tissue. Our goal is to understand how intra- and inter-tumoral heterogeneity develops and influences both clinical behavior and therapeutic response.
