National Volunteer Appreciation Week is a great opportunity to shine a light on the impact that Children’s Tumor Foundation volunteers are having on the lives of those who live with NF. From our Foundation-wide advisory committees to our event organizers, our fundraisers and awareness makers, to our patient representatives, Junior Board, and Board of Directors, the CTF volunteer community is widespread and powerful in the fight to End NF!
This week we will celebrate the people who have made it their mission to be Children’s Tumor Foundation champions and boots-on-the-ground advocates for the NF cause. In addition to their jobs, their families, and many other life commitments, CTF volunteers are spreading awareness, raising funds, strategizing, and building communities on their own time; with their only expectation being that they will make a difference for those who live with the daily challenges of NF.
