The Children's Tumor Foundation patient brochure Learning with NF1 has been updated and is now available to read on CTF's new mobile apps (app update may be required) and at the CTF Resource Library. This patient resource is one of our most sought-after brochures and is an introduction to the cognitive and social development of children with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1). Other Resource Library updates include an all-new resource about Optic Pathway Gliomas, as well as Spanish translations of our Moxie and Sparx Color Jam coloring pages and NF1 Diagnostic Criteria Infographic.
The CTF Resource Library contains quick links to read and freely download any of the Foundation's many patient resources, which are available in various languages on the translations page. The Children’s Tumor Foundation NF Care App supports patients and caregivers living with all forms of NF, including neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) and all types of schwannomatosis (SWN), including NF2-related schwannomatosis. The NF Care App compiles NF news and resources and is a convenient way to read our new and updated resources. The NF Care App is available for free at the Apple Store for iPhone users or Google Play for Android users.
For researchers, the NF & SWN Diagnosis app also features a Resources tab, which allows you to read and share educational brochures with patients quickly and easily, and is available for free at the Apple Store for iPhone users or Google Play for Android users.
