The Children’s Tumor Foundation is pleased to announce that this year’s NF Forum will feature keynote addresses by musicianRobert Sebastian and CTF Ambassador Drew Leathers.
Robert Sebastian, an accomplished musician and vocalist, will perform at the NF Forum Welcome Reception on Friday, April 19th. Robert lives in Nashville, TN and was diagnosed with NF2 in his teens. He and his band have recorded several albums and performed at various venues including the Frist Center in Nashville. In addition to giving a concert, Robert plans to speak about his experiences living with NF2.
Drew Leathers will offer the keynote address at the Opening Session of the Forum on Saturday morning. Drew is from Atlanta, GA and was diagnosed with NF at age 11 and schwannomatosis in 2005. He is CTF’s current Ambassador and he delivered a moving speech at the Foundation’s NYC Gala in December, which can be viewed here. He will speak about persevering despite the challenges of living with NF.
