Lauren is a northwest Arkansas native with 15 years of experience in commerce marketing. Throughout her career, Lauren has focused on multiple disciplines, including project management, client services, product development, CX design, and digital strategy. She has guided multi-site teams and managed key account relationships with The Coca-Cola Company, Unilever, Mondelēz, Nestlé, Mars, Kraft, Big Lots, Keurig Dr Pepper, T-Mobile and Disney.
Lauren most recently led the Coca-Cola North America commerce marketing business at VML prior to taking a year sabbatical to focus on her three children—Bennett (7), Bowen (5) and Leighton (3). During that time, she began volunteering with Make A Wish and leading the marketing efforts for Waiters for Wishes and Walk for Wishes. She also joined the board for the NWA Ballet Theatre.
During her time off, Lauren began working with her husband, Alex, on marketing materials for his development deals and decided to pursue a real estate license. She now works as a brokerage associate at Cushman Wakefield | Sage Partners and serves as the project manager for all commercial and residential Blass family projects.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. She is an avid Razorback fan (and former member of the Razorback dance team) and the ultimate Bravo fan! Lauren is thrilled to be dancing again after fifteen years!
