Last month, President and Chief Scientific Officer Annette Bakker participated on the (Re)defining impact: Assessing biomedical research investments panel at the 2014 Partnering for Cures conference, an annual event that brings together leaders from all sectors in medical research, including investors, researchers, patient advocates and innovators, to make collaboration happen – collaborations that must happen if we are to speed up the time it takes to turn discoveries into treatments and cures.
