The Children’s Tumor Foundation is dedicated to our vision to End NF. In the spirit of our mission statement, to drive research, expand knowledge, and advance care for the NF Community, we are asking for your help. Our Patient Support Coordinator, Kate Kelts, has created this brief survey focused on finding how CTF can better meet the education & support needs of our amazing NF family. Kate spends most of her time connecting with NF families, answering their questions and helping them find the support & care that they need. But it’s not enough to talk to one family, one person, at a time. We want to develop tools that can reach the larger NF audience and support you on your journey. Whether you were born a fighter, know a fighter, or care for a fighter, the goal of this survey really is to hear from you and we hope you will make your voice heard.
