Abbot will celebrate his birthday weekend in Vegas along with five other runners participating in the Rock ‘n’ Roll Las Vegas Marathon
and Half Marathon on Sunday, Dec. 6, 2009. The NF Endurance Vegas team has raised more than $6,000 for NF Research.

Noah Lease reminds us to be grateful for health this holiday season.
THANKSGIVING BLESSINGS
Noah is a NF hero from Robbinsdale, Minn. Noah is doing well, but he has an MRI in a few days to hopefully bring an end to the chemo! And, guess what? Noah was the lead story on the 5 o’clock news. Beads of Hope raised money for the NF Endurance Disney Team and was hosted by Emily Brown, Kathleen Reeder and LeeAnn Miller.
BEADS OF HOPE
On Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2009 Emily Brown held a jewelry party at the Bead Lady in Concord, N.C. to raise money for the NF Endurance Disney Team’s goal to fund more than $125,000 for NF research. Kathleen Reeder, owner of the Bead Lady, donated 20 percent of sales for the day to those who mentioned “Beads of Hope.” The Bead Lady is a full service beads shop that offers a variety of beads from around the world.
