Thoughts from a Cheer Zone

I stood at the 24.5 mile marker of the Twin Cities Marathon with anticipation. With over two-dozen runners participating in the 10-mile and full marathon, this was a big day for the NF Endurance Minnesota Team. As groups of runners buzzed past our cheer zone, our eyes scanned the road for bright neon NF singlets to come bouncing out of the crowd.
An onlooker responded to our cheer zone’s excitement as another neon NF singlet emerged, “Well, that’s a bit much.” Read the rest of this entry »
