Favorite time of day to train – My favorite time of the day to train is: anytime, my schedule has been so busy, I take it, when I can get it. When I had more time, I would wake up at 4:00 AM do the treadmill, get ready for work, get off at 5:00, then hit the gym for some strength training.
What endurance means to you – To finish a race and being able to walk the next day.
Favorite training snack – a Protein Shake
Song you could listen to on repeat while running – “This is the Day” – Fred Hammond
Training tip – “Doing a little is better… than doing nothing. ”
DID YOU KNOW? Kim Norman flew all the way to NYC to get the “NF Endurance Experience” training. She pictured above at the NYC pasta dinner on Halloween (note the costume).
