Fighting NF: Superhero Style

Gryff and super mutants fighting NF!

Check out Gryff and his super mutants fighting our “nasty neurofibromatosis nemesis.” Gryff is one of our NF heroes and when his parents asked him how he thinks he “got” NF, they explained in superhero terms.

“We said it’s like with his heroes, the X-Men, who are born with a genetic mutation,” said his sidekicks, Mindia and Steve  Fryer. “The X-Men are both gifted and challenged by mutation, as are all NF heroes.” Gryff and his crew will be participating in the Disney Circle of Life 5K in January.
